Jim and I have so enjoyed watching Kentucky basketball this season! We are even watching Coach Cal's show, This is Kentucky Basketball. In one of the episodes, Daniel Orton gave a cooking lesson on lemon pepper salmon, which you can view here. I made it tonight to celebrate UK's game against Georgia.
